Specialized Loan Servicing - Won't accept payment & Can;t get a straight Answer
Bank of America sold the servicing rights to SLS and they have been ridiculously difficult to deal with.I've mailed my payment on time for 3 months and they've yet to apply a payment to my account, even thought they've cashed the checks.
Now they are sending me foreclosure notices and nobody at the company can explain why my account is in default. On top of this I get autodialed 3 times a week asking for payments and each time they must verify my phone, address and email.
Each time I have to explain the situation, they place me on hold and then tell me it's their fault yet nothing changes.This company sucks!
Monetary Loss: $750.
