I have never dealt with a more obstinate, ignorant, stubborn asinine, belligerent, incompetent bunch of jerks. From the CEO to the front line customer service peons- nobody gives a *** about doing their job right or even trying to understand how to do it.
These jackholes could screw up a free lunch. EVERYTHING they do is a complete and total abortion. If Specialized services your mortgage, you are hopelessly SCREWED. Don't even bother trying to call them.
Their corporate culture is to talk over you and shout you down. The customer is always presumed to be wrong even though Specialized Loan Servicing's employees are generally retarded and incapable of reasoning their way through correcting their own *** hat mistakes.
The entire company should, and will, be replaced by robots and their worm-brained employees relegated to sleeping under a dumpster. For now, I dub them "Special Ed Loan Servicing".
