Notice of no payment received

apparently the payment must have gotten lost in the mail, the october payment was made in september, this is with out a doubt the worst loan company i have ever had the bad fortune to have to deal with, my refi loan from loan depot was sold to this outfit big mistake, they are so cheap they send you a sheet with all the years morgage payments with no envelopes, how cheap is that and good luck trying to talk to some one, stay away from this outfit period, i hope to due a refi with someone else soon

We had home equity line through State Farm Ins. They sold off the loans to Specialized Loan Services We paid off home equity within a few months.

Paid what was stated but there was an added $.03 along the way. We kept getting late dues. I called how to just get out of it. I then received letters stating my account was delinquent.

I got a bill for $55.03. $25.00 late fee, 3 cents owed, and $30.00 recording fee. want $30.00. recording.

We had a home equity line through State Farm. They sold loans to Specialized Loan Servicing.

I paid off the home equity within a few months. I paid what was stated for final payment, but somewhere along they added an extra $.03. I kept getting letters about account being delinquent.

I called customer service to see how to just close it. I got an amount due $25.00 late fee, 3 cents due and $30.00 recording fee $30.00 recording fee

Corrected my credit report..

After I refinanced elsewhere, they incorrectly marked my credit report as a short sale. I tried to fix it on my own for almost a year, and they wanted me to prove it was paid in full.

Their service agents do not note all calls and information in their call log. They do not respond to emails. Ultimately, I hired a credit expert, filed complaints with BBB and government agencies to resolve the problem.

They also incorrectly coded my condo as a home and cost me almost $1,000 in incorrect insurance coverage that I cannot recoup. It also cost me money to hire someone to fix the problem.

Terrible

pay monthly, they say I didn't. this is every month since statefarm sold to them.

I have to prove payment every month payment was made or I get 4 phone calls a week. thanks statefarm.taystays

They claimed our bill pay payments were returned and threatened a balloon payment

We have illness house since 2006, and suddenly in March of this year, they started returning our payments. Some payments were returned weeks later.

They claim were not paying the bills so they have threatened us with a balloon payment and possibly losing our home. No one can give me an answer.

Illness.. Completely irrelevant.

You agreed to make a monthly payment. Read your Note. The problem isn't them.. YOU stopped making those payments.

IF you lose your home, it's because you didn't pay... Blame yourself

Extremely difficult process

First: In order to reach an operator, you must go through a lengthy obstacle course of menus. Once through that process, the agent goes through the same number of questions to answer all over again. Secondly since there are no offices in my state, everything needs to be mailed out out out transfer like most other banking facilities

We were tryig to let you know that a clients insurance expired that was billed to your loan servicing.

it is impossible to talk with anyone ! to get it resolved.

the clients policy cancels Sunday and we have provided you the billing information. several times.

this one is on you! if they have a loss

Automatic Payments

The auto payments system is the worst I have ever dealt with. The system will show 1 thing and do another.

It showed my next auto draft was next month but pulled this month.

I have NEVER had such problem with automatic payments. And then when I called to inquire I felt like I was calling a non-caring person who was just repeating lines on a cue card.

Wells Fargo sold our loan to this company after we fell behind in payments, and they were not willing to help us. Well Specialized loan servicing caused us to have to sell our home. The rude customer service agent that we got would not credit 2 payments and wanted more money because they said we were still past due even though the payments caught us up.

l tried to make payments on both the phone and your webside and was not able to do so,l told your customer service this and l asked that the $12 phone payment be waived since l have tried to do it on these two systems but he refused.l asked him to let me talk to a supervisor,he said l can only be called back.l demand that the $12 be refunded please.
