According to the Specialized Loan Servicing Help page, the company accepts online payments. You can set up autopay online or you can make a one-time online payment using the Specialized Loan Servicing portal. The company does not charge any fees, however, your banking institution may charge a fee.

Just found out today my loan was transfered form well fargo.

I need instructions on how to make my payment. Wells Fargo transferred my loan to u and I have not got any information on how to make an online payment.

The Specialized Loan Servicing website provides sufficient details on how to make a payment on your loan. You can:

  • Set up automatic monthly payments (ACH)
  • Mail your payment
  • Pay over the phone
  • Pay via MoneyGram
  • Pay at Western Union location

You can also make your one-time online payment here https://sls.servicingloans.com/makeapayment/.

  • Set Up autopay online. You can automate payments from your bank account. Specialized Loan Servicing charges no fees, however, your banking institution may charge a fee.
  • Make a One-Time Payment Online. You can make a one-time payment using the Specialized Loan Servicing portal. The company does not charge any fees, however, your banking institution may charge a fee.
  • Pay by Phone. You can use the Specialized Loan Servicing voice response system. Please note that $7.50 3rd party fee may apply. Please call at (800) 315-4757 between 6:00 AM until 6:00PM MT.
  • Pay By Mail. You can send a check, cashiers check or money order. Mail payments to Specialized Loan Servicing LLC P.O Box 60535 City of Industry, CA 91716 – 0535. Mail overnight payments/payoffs to Specialized Loan Servicing LLC 8742 Lucent Blvd, Suite 300 Highlands Ranch, CO 80129-2386
  • Pay by Wire Transfer. You can send a payment using Western Union or MoneyGram.

According to the Specialized Loan Servicing Help page, if you need a mortgage assistance program, you should contact SLS at (800) 315-4757 to discuss the process. You should be ready to provide the following information:
  • Income verification
  • Prior year's W-2 or Tax Return (if self-employed)
  • Copy of P&L statement (if self-employed)
  • Letter of hardship
  • Current bank statements

An SLS Mortgage Assistance Application (RMA) should be executed in full. It can be downloaded from the company official website. The RMA outlines additional documentation that must be provided with your application. For further assistance, please call at (800) 315-4757 and provide Specialized Loan Servicing Customer Support with full details regarding your issue.

Refinancing Current Loan

I currently have a loan with you for 6% with 18 years left. We'd like to refinance at a lower rate to lower the payment.

What are your current rates for refinancing for 15 and 30 year mortgages? A little about the process would be appreciated too. Our balance is about 215K and my wife and I both have sterling credit. P.S.

(FYI) I don't understand what the term 'Pissed Consumer' refers to on the bottom of your 'Ask A Question' inquiry box. I clicked it in order to submit my question but It might be a misprint, you'd better check it out !

Specialized Loan Servicing offers the following refinance options:
  • Lower your monthly payment

  • Lock in a fixed interest rate
  • Pay off your home faster
  • Eliminate mortgage insurance
