Have been trying to get a loan modification for over a year using a third party (Financial Counselors of America) and have not received a response or answer yet. I have submitted information (same Information) as they have requested and have been ignored.

I am elderly and not in the best of health and feel like giving up. They have cost me more than they have helped me. The opposite than what they promised. All my dealings with the modification have been unsuccessful with this mortgage company.

They are not customer friendly or not poor customer friendly or not minority customer friendly. Whatever.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $56000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Specialized Loan Servicing Cons: Communication, Poor customer service, Quality of info provided.

This is about the same story as mine. I can't work with these people because their mission is to take my house I'm sure. They are making my life a living ***.
